Murphy, 2129 East 12th Avenue, Denver, Colorado, with Murphy Stevens Architects, 1517 Blake <br />Street, #202, Denver, Colorado 80202, reviewed the architecture. <br />Sisk called for Council comments. <br />Mayer felt more landscaping was needed especially along 88th Street. He suggested there be a <br />sidewalk along 88th Street. He wanted Planning Commission to look into how to integrate the outlot <br />parking into the site and how FAR's are allocated: such as, including parking, or including site, or <br />who gets what parking. He stated that the City will not guarantee that there will be a full- turning <br />access onto St. Andrews Lane. He wanted a decel lane from 88th Street into the development <br />examined. He wanted the parking lot screened. He suggested they incorporate drop -off in the circle <br />for everyone in the development. He did not like the meandering sidewalk through the development. <br />Howard did not want the lighting spilling off -site or the large free standing sign. He wanted to see <br />their landscaping enhancements. He wanted the dearth of coniferous trees addressed. He wanted <br />clarification on how the pedestrian access plan would work for the cars parked on the periphery of <br />the development. He wanted the storm water detention plan reviewed. <br />Keany asked what the uses of Lot 1 would be. <br />Finberg stated that it would be some type of assisted living. <br />Sisk urged the applicant to develop the coordinated /integrated plan. He wanted to know how the <br />lighting and landscaping work together with the other properties. He wanted to see the buffering and <br />setbacks. He stated that if the sidewalks were not necessary, then do not put them in. If there were <br />no sidewalks, he wanted to see a setback with parking and vegetation. <br />Howard moved that Council forward Coal Creek Medical Campus to the Planning Commission with <br />Council comments, seconded by Mayer.
