Medical Marijuana Dispensaries <br />Public Comments None <br />City Manager Items and Future Agenda Items <br />Council and staff discussed the following: <br />City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />July 14, 2009 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Council suggested the topic of Early Education be added to the legislative <br />agenda. <br />The Legislative agenda will go before City Council for formal action on November <br />2, 2009. <br />Mobile Park Enforcement Issues Letters were sent to all 100 units, as well as <br />owners at the Parco Dello Zingaro mobile home park. At present there are 45 <br />violations that Paul Wood and Bruce Goodman will work on to bring into <br />compliance. <br />The expected snow storm accumulation is 10 -20 inches. The staff and public will <br />be notified of any closures on the inclement weather hot -line. <br />CTC and Centennial Valley contact information is being gathered and regular <br />updates will be provided. <br />Next scheduled study session is on November 10, 2009. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m. <br />Submitted by Rhonda Welborn <br />
