RELATED TO USE OF STATE CERTIFIED ELECTRONIC DATABASES FOR <br />REMITTANCE OF SALES TAX PAYMENTS -1 Reading <br />Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1556, Series 2009. <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to approve Ordinance No. 1556, Series 2009 on <br />first reading, ordered it published and set a public hearing for October 6, 2009, <br />seconded by Councilor Clabots. All in favor. <br />ORDINANCE No. 1557, SERIES 2009 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CERTAIN SECTIONS OF TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />TO ADOPT REGULATIONS REGARDING MEDICAL MARIJUANA <br />DISPENSARIES 1 Reading <br />Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1557, Series 2009. <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to approve Ordinance No. 1557, Series 2009 on <br />first reading, ordered it published and set a public hearing for October 6, 2009, <br />seconded by Councilor Dalton.
