which right may be exercised by the City giving the Contractor notice of intent <br />to renew the Agreement no less than 15 days prior to the end of the then <br />current term. If the City exercises such right, this Agreement shall renew for <br />such additional one -year term at the same prices as in place for the expiring <br />term. Contractor agrees to honor the pricing rates and amounts set forth on <br />Exhibit E for not Tess than three years. <br />6.2 If the City makes any changes or alteration in its use of the premises where <br />services are performed pursuant to this Agreement, or if the City substantially <br />modifies the scope of services, then the City, upon thirty (30) days written <br />notice to the Contractor, may increase /reduce the frequency, quantity, quality, <br />or any portion of services required. <br />7.0 INSURANCE <br />7.1 The Contractor shall procure and maintain, and shall cause each <br />subcontractor of the Contractor to procure and maintain, the minimum <br />insurance coverage listed below. All coverage shall be continuously <br />maintained to cover all liability, claims, demands, and other obligations <br />assumed by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement. In the case of any <br />claims -made policy, the necessary retroactive dates and extended reporting <br />periods shall be procured by the Contractor to maintain such continuous <br />coverage. <br />7.1.1 Worker's Compensation insurance as required by the Labor Code <br />of the State of Colorado and Employer's Liability Insurance with <br />minimum limit of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($500,000) each accident, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($500,000) disease policy limit, and FIVE HUNDRED <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,000) disease each employee. <br />Evidence of qualified self- insured status may be substituted for the <br />Workmen's Compensation requirements of this paragraph. <br />7.1.2 General Liability insurance to cover all liability, claims, demands, <br />and other obligations assumed by the Contractor herein with <br />minimum combined single limits of ONE MILLION DOLLARS <br />($1,000,000) each occurrence and TWO MILLION DOLLARS <br />($2,000,000) aggregate. The policy shall include the City of <br />Louisville, its officers and its employees, as additional insured, with <br />primary coverage as respects the City of Louisville, its officers and <br />its employees, and shall contain a severability of interests <br />provision. <br />7.1.3 Comprehensive Automobile Liability insurance with minimum <br />combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage of not <br />less than TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($2,000,000) with respect to <br />3 <br />
