Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />OCTOBER 8, 2009 <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />st <br />Enforcement for the Parco Dello Zingaro Mobile Home Park. The 1 <br />letter of notice was mailed to the mobile home park owner, all unit <br />property owners and tenants within the park on Tuesday, October 6. <br />The code violation letters will be sent starting October 19. <br />Lipton thanked staff for the timeline and summary. <br />Russell and Wood discussed the ConocoPhillips project as follows: <br /> <br /> Three pre-application meetings have been scheduled for staff and <br />ConocoPhillips representatives prior to the November 12 application <br />deadline. <br />st <br /> <br /> The November 12 application deadline would track the 1 public <br />hearing before Planning Commission on January 14, 2010. <br /> <br /> There are numerous components to the application, which will run <br />concurrently: <br />1) Annexation of 80 acres <br />2) Re-zoning of the site <br />3) Preliminary Subdivision Plat <br />4) Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />th <br />5) Extension of Campus Drive to 96 Street <br />Wood continued with a discussion of the Subdivision Replat Criteria document <br />that was prepared Gavin McMillan and included in the meeting packet. The <br />discussion covered the background for the request, and recommendations. <br />Wood, Lipton and Russell discussed the recommendations, after which Lipton <br />requested comments from the other Commissioners. <br />Loo stated she felt the commission needed a process that was understandable <br />by both parties. She also felt the neighbors need an opportunity to express their <br />support for or against. <br />Pritchard stated he would like to have more direction/ recommendation from City <br />Council. <br />Sheets stated she needed more time to review. <br />Lipton stated he needed more time to review, especially after the discussion this <br />th <br />evening. He requested the discussion be added to the November 12 meeting. <br />Russell asked Wood to provide at a future meeting more information about “Form <br />Based Code” and what would the process be for the Planning Commission to <br />move toward a Form Based Code. <br />The following items are tentatively scheduled for November 12, 2009 <br /> Boulder County Transportation Plan – <br /> Information and discussion. <br /> <br /> North End Phase I Block 10 Re-plat – <br />A request to amend the <br /> <br />planned unit development (PUD), replat A Block 10, and amend the <br />general development plan (GDP) within the North End Subdivision. <br /> <br /> Applicant, Owner and Representative: Markel Homes Construction Company and <br />Ridgeline Development Corporation (Michael Markel and Chad Kipfer) <br /> <br /> <br />
