Applicant Presentation: Robert Van Pelt, 4141 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder, CO thanked staff for the review of the revised plan. He continued with a brief discussion of the revised color rendering. Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: Sheets thanked the applicant for incorporating fhe changes requested by the Planning Commission. She asked Van Pelt to explain why the awnings were not included on the color rendering at the center point of the Buildings 1A and 1 B. Van Pelt replied the awnings had been removed because of the design change to the corners of the two buildings. Pritchard, Lipton, Loo and Russell stated they suppat'the approval of the project.
