REGULAR BUSINESS Appointments to City of Louisville Board and Commission Vacancies - Appointments Will be Announced at the Meeting Ordinance No. 1242, Series 1996 - Amending the Planned Unit Development Regulations Contained in Chapter 17.28 of the Louisville Municipal Code to Incorporate into Such Regulations Specific References and Requirements Concerning Commercial and Industrial Development Design Guidelines; to Specifically Address the Effect of Approval of a Preliminary Planned Unit Development Plan, and to Make Other Amendments to Chapters 15.04, 17.16 and 17.28 of the Louisville Municipal Code in Connection Therewith- 2nd Reading - Public Hearing (Publ.
