Boulder County Clerk, CO ORD R 16.00 D 0.00 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1380 <br />SERIES 2002 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE AVISTA ADVENTIST HOSPITAL <br />ANNEXATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain property described in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, and known as the Avista Adventist Hospital Annexation, was filed <br />with the City Council of the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property was annexed to the City by ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must provide for the zoning of said property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public hearing on said zoning by <br />publication as provided by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. §31-23-305; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the landowners of said property have requested a Planned Community Zone <br />District Commercial (PCZD-C) zoning classification, in accordance with Title 17 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as required by Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code, there has been <br />prepared for the property an amendment to the PCZD general development plan for the Avista <br />Adventist Hospital, to provide for PCZD-C zoning of the property; and <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a PCZD-C zoning classification is consistent with the City's plan for the area; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a public heating on the <br />landowners' zoning request and has forwarded its recommendation to the City Council, and the City <br />Council has duly considered that recommendation. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That certain property known as the Avista Adventist Hospital Annexation, the <br />legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby <br />zoned Planned Community Zone District Commercial (PCZD-C) for the uses permitted in the <br />approved Planned Community Zone District General Development Plan for such property, a copy of <br />which Plan is Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, and the City zoning map shall be <br />amended accordingly. <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
