It was <br />unanimously approv <br />Approval of Minutes fro rY y 18, 2009 <br />M uckle moved to appro the meeting minutes from June 15, 2009, Lewis <br />seconded the motion. as unanimously approved. <br />Public Comments on Agenda not on the A enda none <br />Public Hearing Demolition Request, 561 Lincoln Avenue <br />Application No. 2009- 002 -DEMO <br />Whiteman asked members of the Commission if there were any disclosures prior <br />to the start of the public hearing. Muckle, Lewis and Stewart reported having <br />been it the home for social occasions. <br />Whiteman opened the public hearing and asked for the staff presentation. <br />McCartney reported this house was very likely constructed in the period of 1893 <br />and 1894. Assessor's records state the home was built in 1894. The 1909 <br />Drumm's Wall Map of Louisville at the Museum shows a building in that location <br />at that address.
