It has been difficult to, keep <br />tenants because many jobs have been cut and lower income families are losing jobs. Housing <br />;Crisis Prevention Program (HCPP) funds have helped many families remain in their homes. In <br />August 2007, there were 1200 applications for benefits assistance. In August 2009, there were <br />3,000 applications. BCHA is an enterprise fund with a small operating budget from the. County. <br />Human Services relies on a state budget; 77% of HS resources from the State. We have <br />Post Office Box 471:.
