He was for the land swap. <br />Lathrop moved that Council exchange the parcels as was described in the PUD and direct the City <br />Attorney to prepare the ordinance for the land exchange, seconded by Levihn. <br />Keany offered a friendly amendment that the passage of the ordinance be timed or conditioned upon <br />approval of the final PUD. <br />Lathrop and seconder Levihn accepted that. Roll call was taken. Motion passed 4 3 with Davidson, <br />Sisk, and Mayer voting against. <br />Keany moved that Council return this Preliminary Plat and PUD application back to the'Planning <br />Commission with the comments of Council and with the understanding that Council had approved <br />the land exchange as part of the Preliminary Plat and PUD, seconded by Lathrop. <br />Howard offered a friendly amendment that the wording be added concerning the 15' additional view <br />corridor and the 5.0 parking ration. <br />Keany and seconder Lathrop. accepted. Motion passed by a 6 1 vote with <br />Davidson voting against. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 35, SERIES 1997 FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLAT FOR LOT 2 OF <br />THE LOUISVILLE CAMPUS SUBDIVISION, AND FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR LOT 1 COAL CREEK MEDICAL CAMPUS <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this is to divide the 2.5 acre lot into four development lots, <br />and Outlot A which is dedicated to parking and access. The applicant's intent is to execute a joint <br />access easement and maintenance agreement for both Lots 1 and 2. Lot sizes will range from 7,330 <br />s.f. to 18,694 s.f. A final PUD development plan had been submitted for a 4,700 s.f two story <br />medical office building on proposed Lot 1. A total of approximately 24,000 s.f of professional and <br />medical offices for the four proposed lots. The scope of the PUD is limited to Lot 1. The parking <br />proximity to 88th Street will be screened with evergreen trees and a double row of shrubs. Parking <br />is a 6/1000. Landscape open space coverage is proposed at 27% for the overall project, plus 7% <br />dedicated to pedestrian walks and areas. Staff requested that the applicant add a note to the PUD <br />agreeing to provide a connection to future public sidewalks from the sidewalk north of the proposed <br />building on Lot 1 and from the sidewalk along the north side of the parking lot in the southern portion <br />of the site. Additional staff comments were that the note exempting certain items from the 35' <br />maximum height should be modified to eliminate antennae from the exceptions; the outdoor storage <br />note should be eliminated.
