OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA NONE CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT NONE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT Bill Simmons, City Administrator, reminded Council that at the December 2, 1997, Council meeting they will have the public hearing for the 1998 Budget. The Downtown Design Guideline Steering Committee will have their first meeting, Thursday, December 4. On December 10 and 11 there will be a Downtown workshop. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS Keany reminded Council of the Senior luncheon tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. Sisk asked if there would be a Work Session next week.
