Bouldel' County Clerk, CO ORD R 15.1~Lq 2116113 P,~cje: 1 o£ 3 0270572~1 ~2~21P oRDINANCE NO. 1354 SERIES 2000 AN ORDINANCE DISCONNECTING FROM THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED ADJACENT TO SOUTH BOULDER ROAD IN THE SW1/4 OF THE SE1/4, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TM P.M. WHEREAS, On November 17, 2000, there was filed with the City pursuant to C.R.S. §31- 12-501, an application to disconnect certain real property from the corporate boundaries of the City of Louisville, Colorado; and WHEREAS, the property subject to the application to disconnect consists of approximately 0.758 acres lying north of South Boulder Road and described more particularly in Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. §31-12-501, the City Council has given due consideration to the application; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the best interests of the City and its citizens will not be prejudiced by the disconnection of such property from the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Pursuant to C.R.S. §31-12-501, that certain real property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby disconnected from the City of Louisville, Colorado, and is excluded from the corporate boundaries of the City. Section 2. The disconnected property shall remain liable for taxes as provided in C.R.S. §31-12-'502 and shall be subject to any exercise by the City of its rights under C.R.S. §31-12-503. Section 3. The City Clerk shall file two certified copies of this ordinance in the office of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder, and shall take such ........ ., _ - C.R.S. §31-12-501 to effect the disconnection of the property.
