I$52 SERIES 2000 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE VACATION OF AN ACCESS EASEMENT WITHIN COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER, FIRST FILING. WHEREAS, by document recorded September 27, 1979, as Plan File No. 9, F-1, numbers 38, 39 and 40, Film 1084, Reception No. 361999, Boulder County Records, there was dedicated to the City of Louisville a 60-foot wide access easement across Lots 13 and 14, Block 4, Colorado Technological Center, First Filing, a subdivision in the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado (the "Access Easement"); and WHEREAS, request has been made for vacation of the Access Easement; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the Access Easement for which vacation is requested is not and will .not be needed for any public purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the Access Easement tbr which vacation is requested is not being used or held for park purposes or for any other govemmental purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the application and vacate the City's interests in the Access Easement for which vacation is requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. The City hereby approves the vacation of that certain 60-foot wide access easement located within Lots 13 and 14, Block 4, Colorado Technological Center, First Filing, a subdivision within the City of Louisville, which is particularly described in the Vacation of Easement attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Vacation of Easement on behalf of the City. Section 2. Easements for existing public utilities, if any, shall not be altered or amended by virtue of this ordinance. Section 3. All other ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent or in conflict with this ordinance or any portion hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict.
