I$52 <br /> SERIES 2000 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE VACATION OF AN ACCESS EASEMENT <br />WITHIN COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER, FIRST FILING. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by document recorded September 27, 1979, as Plan File No. 9, F-1, numbers <br />38, 39 and 40, Film 1084, Reception No. 361999, Boulder County Records, there was dedicated to <br />the City of Louisville a 60-foot wide access easement across Lots 13 and 14, Block 4, Colorado <br />Technological Center, First Filing, a subdivision in the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State <br />of Colorado (the "Access Easement"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, request has been made for vacation of the Access Easement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the Access Easement for which <br />vacation is requested is not and will .not be needed for any public purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the Access Easement tbr which <br />vacation is requested is not being used or held for park purposes or for any other govemmental <br />purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the application and vacate the City's <br />interests in the Access Easement for which vacation is requested. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The City hereby approves the vacation of that certain 60-foot wide access <br />easement located within Lots 13 and 14, Block 4, Colorado Technological Center, First Filing, a <br />subdivision within the City of Louisville, which is particularly described in the Vacation of <br />Easement attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Mayor and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized to execute the Vacation of Easement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Easements for existing public utilities, if any, shall not be altered or <br />amended by virtue of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All other ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent or in conflict with this <br />ordinance or any portion hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED <br />PUBLISHED this 8th day of November, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />
