<br />VACATION OF EASEMENT
<br />
<br /> THIS VACATION OF EASEMENT is made this ~ day of ,2000,
<br />by the City of Louisville, a municipal corporation existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
<br />State of Colorado ("City"), whose address is 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado 80027.
<br />
<br />RECITALS
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, by document recorded September 27, 1979, as Plan File No. 9, F-l, numbers
<br />38, 39 and 40, Film 1084, R~eption No. 361999, Boulder County Records, there was dedicated to
<br />the City a 60-foot wide access easement across Ix>ts 13 and' 14, Block 4, Colorado Technological
<br />Center, First Filing, a subdivision in the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado
<br />(the "Access Easement"); and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, proper application was made to the City for vacation of the Access
<br />Easement; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council by Ordinance has approved the application for vacation;
<br />
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the Access Easement to be vacated is
<br />not and will not be needed for any public purposes; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the Access Easement to be vacated is
<br />not being used or held for park purposes or for any other governmental purposes.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the CRy of Louisville hereby vacates its interests in that certain
<br />60-foot wide Access Easement located in Lots 13 and 14, Block 4, Colorado Technological
<br />Center, First Filing, a subdivision in the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, as
<br />set forth in the subdivision plat thereof recorded September 27, 1979, as Plan File No. 9, F-I,
<br />numbers 38, 39 aad 40, Film 1084, Reception No. 361999, Boulder County Records, and as more
<br />particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
<br />Easements for existing public utilities, if any, shall not be altered or amended by virtue of this
<br />Vacation of Easement.

<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City has executed this Vacation of Easement on the day
<br />and year first above written.
