05/27/2003 09:15A Boulder County Clerk, CO ORD R J6,00 D 0.00 ORDINANCE NO. 1345 SERIES 2000 AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE FISCHER ANNEXATION WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain property, described in Section 1 of this ordinance, and known as the Fischer Annexation, was filed with the City Council of the City of Louisville; and WHEREAS, said property was annexed to the City by ordinance; and WHEREAS, the City Council must provide for the zoning of said property; and WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public hearing on said zoning by publication as provided by law; and WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. §31-23-305; and WHEREAS, the landowners of said property have requested a Single Family Estate (SF~ E) zoning classification; and WHEREAS, a Single Family Estate zoning classification is consistent with the City's plan for the area; and WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission recommended the City Council's approval of a Single Family Low Density classification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section ~1. That certain property known as the Fischer Annexation, the legal description of which is set forth below, is hereby zoned Single Family Estate pursuant to the zoning ordinances of the City, and the City zoning map shall be amended accordingly. LEGAL DESCRIPTION - SEE EXHIBIT A Section 2. Such zoning is subject to the conditions set forth in the annexation agreement for the property described in Section 1.
