<br />Sec. 15.10.010. Adoption. <br /> <br />The International Fuel Gas Code, 2009 Edition, published by the International Code <br />Council, 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, Illinois, 60478-5795, is hereby <br />adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and made a part of the city Code. The purpose <br />and subject matter of the International Fuel Gas Code include minimum standards relating to the <br />mechanical installations in or in connection with the construction, alteration and repair of new <br />and existing structures including design, construction, installation, quality of materials, locations, <br />operation, and maintenance or use of fuel-gas piping systems, fuel-gas utilization equipment and <br />related accessories. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.10.020. Section 101.1--Titlle. <br /> <br />Section 101.1 of the 20019 International Fuel Gas Code is amended to insert "the City of <br />Louisville" so the section will read: <br /> <br />101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the Fuel Gas Code of the City of Louisville, <br />hereinafter referred to as this code. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.10.030. Section 106.5.2--Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />Section 106.5.2 of the 2009 International Fuel Gas Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />106.5.2 Fee schedule. The fees for permits, inspections or work under the code shall be paid in <br />accordance with the Building Safety Division Fee Schedule as adopted by City Council <br />resolution, as may be amended ii-om time to time. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.10.040. Section 106.5.3--Refunds. <br /> <br />Section 106.5.3 of the 2009 International Fuel Gas Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />106.5.3 Refunds. The building offic:ial is authorized to establish a refund policy. <br /> <br />Section 5. Chapter 15.12 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and <br />reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 15.12.010.
