<br />Sec. 15.04.080. Section 1609.3.2--~Nind loads. <br /> <br />The following Section 1609.3.2 is added to the 2009 International Building Code: <br /> <br />Section 1609.3.2. Wind Speeds. The minimum basic wind speed for determining wind pressure <br />shall be, for the Special Wind Region which encompasses the City of Louisville, V3s=115mph <br />and Vfm=100 as interpolated from Table 1609.3.1. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.090. Section 1608.2 amended--Ground snow loads. <br /> <br />Section 1608.2 of the 2009 International Building Code is amended by the addition of the <br />following sentence inserted at the end of the section: <br /> <br />The roof snow load shall be 30 pounds per square foot. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.100. Section 1809.5 amended-Shallow Foundations. <br /> <br />Item 1 of Section 1809.5.1 ofthe 2009 International Building Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Extending 30 inches below finished grade; <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.110. Section 112 deleted. <br /> <br />Section 112 of the 2009 International Building Code is deleted. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.120. Copies available. <br /> <br />At least one copy of the International Building Code and one copy of each secondary <br />code pertaining thereto, as amended herein, all certified to be true and accurate, shall be available <br />for public inspection at the office ofthe Building Safety Division between the hours of 8:00 a.m. <br />and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. The city clerk shall at all times <br />maintain a reasonable supply of copies of the code available for purchase by the public at a <br />moderate price. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.130. Violations andl penalties. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, <br />repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building <br />or structure or cause or permit the work to be done, in violation of the provisions of this chapter <br />or the terms of the code or standards adopted and incorporated in this chapter.
