Boulder Coun%g Clerk, CO ORO R 38,88 <br /> <br />2038384 <br />Page= ! o£ 6 <br />B4/19?~BBB B~ B4P <br /> O 8.88 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1334 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE VACATION OF AN EMERGENCY ACCESS <br />EASEMENT WITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. <br /> WHEREAS, by document recorded under Reception No. 1876736, Boulder County <br />Records, the City was dedicated an easement for emergency access purposes in Lots 1 and 2, Block <br />2 of The Park at CTC, a Subdivision in the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of <br />Colorado; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of such easement was to provide emergency access throughout <br /> the proposed phasing of public streets; and <br /> WHEREAS, all streets have been installed in one phase, negating the need for the <br /> easement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the access easement for which vacation <br /> is requested is not and will not be needed for any public purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the access easement for which vacation <br /> is requested is not being used or held for park purposes or for any other governmental purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the application and vacate the City's <br /> interests in the access easement for which vacation is requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. The City hereby approves the vacation of the access easement located in <br /> Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 of The Park at CTC Final Subdivision Plat, Louisville, Colorado, which is <br /> particularly described in the Vacation of Easement attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Vacation of Easement on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> Section 2.. All other ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent or in conflict with this <br /> ordinance or any portion hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict. <br /> INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED <br /> PUBLISHED this 7th day of March, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />
