P~e, 3 of~ ~3 <br /> <br /> Boulder Coun~,~ ClerL CO 0R0 R 38,88 13 8,88 <br />VACATION OF EASEMENT <br /> <br />THIS VACATION OF EASEMENT is made this 4th day of April, 2000, by the City of <br />Louisville, a municipal corporation existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State <br />of Colorado ("City"), whose address is 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado 80027. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by document recorded under Reception Number 1876736, Boulder <br />County Records, the City was dedicated an easement for emergency access purposes in <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 of The Park at CTC, a Subdivision in the City of Louisville, <br />County of Boulder, State of Colorado; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, proper application was made to the City for vacation of this access <br />easement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council by Ordinance has approved the application for <br /> vacation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the access easement to be <br /> vacated is not and will not be needed for any public purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the access easement to be <br /> vacated is not being used or held for park purposes or for any other governmental <br /> purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Louisville hereby vacates its interests in the <br /> emergency access easement located in Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 of The Park at CTC Final <br /> Subdivision Plat, Louisville, Colorado, recorded in the office of the Boulder County <br /> Clerk and Recorder on December 1, 1998 under reception number 1876736. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City has executed this Vacation of Easement on <br /> the day and year first above written. <br /> <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br /> Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br /> Nancy Varra, [ity Cle <br /> <br /> <br />
