SELECTION OF MAYOR PRO-TEM <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council select Chuck Sisk as Mayor Pro-tem, seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS OF CITY OFFICIALS - OATH OF OFFICE - BY JUDGE JOHN <br />STAVELY <br /> <br />Keany moved that Council appoint the law firm of Griffiths, Tanoue, & Light as City Attorneys, <br />seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council appoint the law firm ofVranesh & Raisch, with Mike Shimmin as primary <br />lead counsel, as Water Attorneys, seconded by Keany. All in favor. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council appoint Bruce Joss as Prosecuting Attorney, seconded by Howard. All <br />in favor. <br /> <br />Sisk offered a friendly amendment that it be the law firm ofRautenstraus & Joss, with Bruce Joss as <br />the primary counsel. <br /> <br />Mayer and seconded Howard accepted that. All in favor. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council appoint John Barrett as Associate Municipal Judge, seconded by Mayer. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />Judge John Stavely administered the oath of office to Sam Light, City Attorney, Mike Shimmin as <br />Water Attorney, Bruce Joss, Prosecuting Attorney, and John Barrett, Associate Municipal Judge. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS TO COUNCIL COMMITTEES <br /> <br />(See attached appointment list.) <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council adjourn, seconded by Keany.
