Boulder County Clerk, CO ORD R 28.08 D 8,88 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1324 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE VACATION OF PORTIONS OF RAILROAD AND <br />DRAINAGE EASEMENTS DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE WITHIN <br />COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER, FIRST FILING <br /> WHEREAS, by document recorded as Plan File No. 9, F-I, numbers 38, 39 and 40, Film <br />No. 1084, Reception No. 361999, Boulder County Records, there was dedicated to the City of <br />Louisville railroad and drainage easements lying within Lots 6 and 10, Block 3, of the Colorado <br />Technological Center, First Filing, Louisville, Colorado; and <br /> WHEREAS, proper application has been made to the City for vacation of the City's <br /> interests in such railroad and drainage easements as they affect Lots 6 and 10, Block 3, Colorado <br /> Technological Center, First Filing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the portions of the railroad and drainage <br /> easements for which vacation is requested are not used and will not be needed for the purposes for <br /> which they were dedicated; and ~ <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the portions of the railroad and drainage <br /> easements for which vacation is requested are not being used or held for park purposes or for any <br /> other governmental purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the application and vacate the City's <br /> interests in those portions of the railroad and drainage easement for which vacation is requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. The City hereby approves the vacation of the railroad and drainage <br /> easements located within Lots 6 and 10, Block 3, Colorado Technological Center, First Filing, <br /> Louisville, Colorado, as more particularly described in the Vacation of Easement attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute <br /> the Vacation of Easement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 2. All other ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent or in conflict with this <br /> ordinance or any portion hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict. <br /> INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED <br /> PUBLISHED this 4th day of January, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />
