Sec. 15.04.150. Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville to apply. <br /> Any addition, remodeling, relocation, construction, or other improvement within <br />Downtown Louisville and requiring a building permit, sign permit, or any other permit from the <br />city shall comply with all requirements of Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville, as <br />adopted and amended from time to time. <br />Sec. 15.04.160. Industrial and Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines <br />to apply. <br /> Any addition, remodeling, relocation, construction, or other improvement to an industrial <br />property or project within the city and requiring a building permit, sign permit, or any other <br />permit from the city shall comply with the requirements of City of Louisville Industrial <br />Development Design Standards and Guidelines (IDDSG); and the Commercial Development <br />Design Standards (CDDSG) as adopted and amended from time to time. <br /> Section 2. <br /> A new Chapter 15.05 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled International <br />Residential Code, is hereby enacted to read as follows: <br />Sec. 15.05.010 Adoption. <br /> The International Residential Code, 2009 Edition, published by the International Code <br />Council, 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, Illinois, 60478-5795, is hereby <br />adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and made a part of the city Code. The subject <br />matter of the International Residential Code is to regulate and govern the construction, alteration, <br />movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, location, removal and demolition of <br />detached one and two family dwellings and multiple single family dwellings (townhouses) not <br />more than threes stories in height with separate means of egress in the City of Louisville, and <br />providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore. <br />Sec. 15.05.020. Amendments to the 2009 International Residential Code. <br /> The following amendments set forth in sections 15.05.030 through 15.05.090 are made to <br />the 2009 International Residential Code. <br />Sec. 15.05.030. Section R101.1 Title. <br /> Section 101.1 of the Residential Code is amended to insert “the City of Louisville” so the <br />section will read: <br />R101.1 Title. These provisions shall be known as the Residential Code for One- and Two-Family <br />Dwellings of the City of Louisville, and shall be cited as such and will be referred to herein as <br />this code. <br /> 5 <br /> <br />
