City Council Finance Committee Meeting Minutes 10/19/09 Page 3 of 4 SCHEDULE OF CASH & INVESTMENTS AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2009 The Finance Director presented the Schedule of Cash & Investments as of September 30, 2009. The schedule and corresponding narrative can be located on the City’s website at www.louisvilleco.gov. LIST OF BILLS The Committee reviewed the List of Bills scheduled for approval at the October 20, 2009 Council Meeting. The list can be located on the City’s website at www.louisvilleco.gov. The Committee requested additional information on the following invoices: Air Conditioning Assoc, Inc – for Checking Heaters at PW Shop ($682.57). The Committee reiterated the importance of taking all available early-payment discounts. The Committee also requested information on the book purchasing procedures at the Library and the possibility of joint purchasing with other municipalities. PRESENTATION AND REVIEW OF FINAL BANKING SERVICES RFP Mayor Sisk recused himself and was not present for this item. The Finance Director presented the final draft of the Banking Services RFP. The Committee moved to issue the RFP as presented on November 2, 2009. The RFP can be located on the City’s website at www.louisvilleco.gov. PRESENTATION AND REVIEW OF FINAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES RFP Mayor Sisk recused himself and was not present for this item. The Finance Director presented the final draft of the Investment Management Services RFP. The Committee moved to issue the RFP as presented on November 9, 2009.
