Planning Department <br />749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 303.335.4592 www.ci.louisville.co.us <br />Memorandum <br />Date: <br /> December 7, 2009 <br />To: <br /> Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) <br />CC: <br />From: <br /> Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Subject: <br /> Grain Elevator, Front Street <br />Staff has had a phone conversation with Mike Decker, one of the owners of the <br />grain elevator, and followed the phone conversation with a letter expressing the <br />HPC’s interest in assisting him with the rehabilitation of the grain elevator. <br />The letter (which is attached) was sent on October 29, 2009. Staff has not had <br />any further discussion with Mike regarding the rehabilitation of the structure but <br />Mike Jones, Chief Building Official, has been working with Mike on determining <br />the minimum improvements that need to be done to repair the roof. <br />C:\Documents and Settings\muthm\Desktop\Temp\Memo_Grain Elevator_120709.doc <br /> <br />
