He noted Item Fallows <br />for two special meetings for Board and Commission interviews with the <br />anticipation it may only take one night. Hearing no objections, he moved the <br />agenda be approved. Mayor Pro Tem Marsella seconded the motion. All were in <br />favor. <br /> <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval to Concfuct a Special Meeting in Lieu of Study session <br />on December 8, ~~009 at 5:30 p.m. and to Conduct a Special <br />Meeting on DE~cember 7, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. for the purpose of <br />Board and Commission interviews <br /> <br />PUBLIC COIVIME:NTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />No public comments wen3 heard. <br /> <br />COUNCil INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br />Mayor Sisk reported a US 36 Final Environmental Impact Statement hearing will <br />be held at Louisville Middle School tomorrow night, November 18, with the open <br />house starting at 6:00 p.m. and presentation at 6:30 p.m. followed by public <br />comment. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported on the US 36 Commuting Solutions meetings held the <br />second Tuesday of each month. In answer to their request, Mayor Sisk <br />appointed himself as representative and Deputy City Manager Heather Balser as <br />liaison. He stated either he, Deputy City Manager Balser or City Manager <br />Fleming, who also attends the meetings, would be reporting on these meetings <br />concerning this important corridor. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Manager Fleming reported on the following: <br /> <br />.
