That, prior to recording the PUD, a deed restriction shall be recorded on the 834 Front <br />Street property indicating that a specific number of parking spaces located on the 834 Front <br />Street property are allocated to 917 Front Street to met the PUD parking requirements for <br />917 Front Street.
