DISSAPPROVED <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 46 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A <br /> WALL SIGN FOR FLATIRONS DISCOUNT LIQUORS <br /> IN THE SAM'S CLUB BUILDING <br /> AT 550 SOUTH MCCASLIN BOULEVARD, <br />LOT 2, CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL 'O', FILING NO. 7 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an Amended Final PUD Development Plan for the Sam's Club Building, on Lot 2, <br />Centennial Valley, Parcel 'O', Filing No. 7, to authorize a wall sign for Flatirons Discount <br />Liquors; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amended Final PUD Developmem Plan have <br />been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, the Commercial Development Design <br />Standards and Guidelines, previous approvals and other related policies; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Amended Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted revised plans in compliance with the <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission and City Council finds that said Amended Final <br />PUD Developmem Plan should be approved, without condition. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Amended Final PUD Developmem Plan Flatirons <br />Discoum Liquor in the Sam's Club Building at 550 South McCaslin Boulevard, Lot 2, <br />Centennial Valley, Parcel 'O', Filing No. 7. <br /> <br />DISSAPPROVED this 1st day of August 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />· .--.
