improvements, landscaping, minor encroachments of fencing, awnings or similar improvements, <br />and other similar uses. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Administrator is authorized to execute on behalf of the City revocable <br />license agreements which substantially follow the standard format and contain the terms and <br />provisions set forth therein as applicable to a particular use. <br /> <br /> 3. Any use of City property for which a revocable license agreement is required and <br />which proposes any substantive material change to the standard format revocable license agreement <br />adopted herein, or which in the opinion of the City Administrator constitutes a significant, <br />controversial, or extensive use of City owned property shall be submitted to the City Council for <br />review and approval prior to execution by the City Administrator. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Administrator shall provide the City Council with a communication <br />identifying, for any revocable license agreement executed by the City Administrator, the type of use <br />permitted by the agreement, the name of the licensee, the date of execution, and the location of the <br />licensed area.
