Call to Order: Chairperson Dan Mellish called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. <br /> <br />II. Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission Members Present: Sally Burlingame, Virginia Caranci, Brian Chamberlin, <br />Dave Ferguson, Alice Koerner, Dan Mellish, Diane Marino, Sean Moynihan, Anne <br />Robinson, Don Ross, Dustin Sagrillo <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: Pat Seader, Colleen Vandendriessche <br /> <br />City Representatives Present: <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br />Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager <br />Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br /> <br />III. Approval of Agenda: All members approved the agenda. <br /> <br />IV. Approval of Minutes: All members approved the November meeting minutes. <br /> <br />V. Executive Director's Report <br /> <br />A. A check for $697 from the proceeds of the Coal Creek Crossing event was presented. <br /> <br />B. Update on Transition of the Museum to the Louisville Public Library on January 1, <br />2010: <br />. The Historical Museum is being restructured to be part of the Department of the <br />Library instead of the City Manager's Office. <br />.
