The statements and corresponding narrative can be <br />located on the City's website at www.louisvilleco.qov. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE OF CASH & INVESTMENTS AS OF NOVEMBER 30, 2009 <br /> <br />The Finance Director presented the Schedule of Cash & Investments as of <br />November 30, 2009. The schedule and corresponding narrative can be located <br />on the City's website at www.louisvilleco.qov. <br /> <br />LIST OF BILLS <br /> <br />The Committee reviewed the List of Bills scheduled for approval at the December <br />15, 2009 Council Meeting. The list can be located on the City's website at <br />www.louisvilleco.qov. The Committee requested the HR Department to e-mail <br />Committee members a copy of the 2009 and 2010 tuition reimbursement <br />guidelines. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR THE NEXT MEETING & MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The next meeting is set for Tuesday, January 19,2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the City <br />Manager's Office. Discussion items currently scheduled for that meeting are: <br />. Sales Tax Reports for the Period Ended November 30, 2009. <br />. Revenue Trend Dashboard <br />. Financial Statements for the Period Ended December 31,2009. <br />.
