New Beer and Wine Liquor License - Set Boundaries of the <br />Neighborhood and Public Hearing - Gibraltar, LLC d/b/a Cafe de Paris - <br />908 Main St. #1 B <br /> <br />Lipton moved the Authority set the boundaries of the neighborhood as the <br />boundaries of the City of L.ouisville and set the public hearing for Monday, March <br />23, 2009 at 7:00 PM. Roll Call Vote: Carlson - yes, Wilson - yes, Mulvahill - <br />yes, Gunning - yes and Lipton - yes. <br /> <br />B. New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - Set Boundaries of the <br />Neighborhood and Public Hearing - Singh Louisville, Inc. d/b/a Viceroy <br />-1132-1 West Dillon Road <br /> <br />Wilson moved the Authority set the boundaries of the neighborhood as the <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville and set the public hearing for Monday, March <br />23, 2009 at 7:00 PM. Roll Call Vote: Carlson - yes, Wilson - yes, Mulvahill - <br />yes, Gunning - yes and Upton - yes. <br /> <br />Police Department Repolrts <br />A. Incident Report - Empire - 10/25/08 <br /> <br />This incident involved a report of disorderly conduct. The Authority asked the <br />Secretary to send a letter to the establishment to thank them for responding <br />appropriately in this incident. Authority Member Wilson commented she was <br />impressed by the report done by Officer Martinez. <br />
