Transfer Application - Village Square Liquor, LLC d/b/a Village Square
Liquor - Retail Liiquor Store License - 645 E. South Boulder Road

Authority Attorney Culley explained this was a transfer by operation of law and
thus different than other transfers. The landlord had taken possession of the
property by court order. They then formed a Limited Liability Corporation and
now another party was buying all the interest in the LLC, prompting the corporate
report of changes in item B on the agenda. Attorney Culley reported Rajiv
Shukla, the person obtaining total ownership of the LLC was in attendance at the
meeting should any Authority members have questions. Attorney Culley clarified
Mr. Shukla was not required to report the changes for thirty days, but in the
interest of full disclosure, he got the paperwork in immediately, so the Authority
would be aware of what was happening.
