Renewal Application - Safeway Inc., d/b/a Safeway Store #2909- 3.2% Beer License - 707 S. Boulder Road B. Renewal Application - Senor 1's, Inc. d/b/a Senor 1's - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 817 Main St. C. Modification of Premises - Waterloo Icehouse, Inc. d/b/a Waterloo Icehouse - Tavern License - 809 Main St. D. Renewal Application - Tokyo, Inc. d/b/a Tokyo Joe's - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 1116 W. Dillon St. E. Renewal Application - Spice China, Inc. d/b/a Spice China - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 269 McCaslin Blvd. Carlson called for any changes to the consent agenda. Questions were asked about the renewal of Senor 1's since it is not open for business. The business can continue to renew a liquor license to have it for a transfer when the sale of the building takes place. Lipton moved the consent agenda be approved. Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Carlson - yes, Lipton - yes, Rommelfanger- yes, Gunning - yes and Wilson - yes. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business A. New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing - Cane Nero, LLC d/b/a Zucca Ristorante - 808 Main St. Lipton moved the boundaries of the neighborhood be set as the boundaries of the City of Louisville and the public hearing be set for the next meeting, November 23,2009 at 7:00 PM. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Carlson - yes, Lipton - yes, Gunning - yes, Wilson - yes and Rommelfanger- yes. Police Department Reports One report was presented to the Authority concerning a party who was asked to leave the Waterloo Icehouse, and returned to the establishment twice. The police were contacted to enforce his departure. Discussion by the Authority left some questions about the incident unanswered. Lipton moved the Authority table this item until the next meeting to have an opportunity to ask questions of Sergeant Lanphere. Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Carlson - no, Lipton - yes, Gunning - no, Wilson - yes, Rommelfanger - yes. Item will be presented again at the next meeting.
