Lipton suggested writing a letter to the
establishment. Other Authority members did not support a letter, however, they
felt they needed some more information before they close out this issue.

Secretary's Report

Hanson reported the seller/server class held on November 15 had five attendees:
three from American Legion, one from Blue Parrot and the Chair for the
Authority. She thanked Chairperson Carlson for attending and the Police
Department for providing the training. Hanson noted LA Asian Bistro is now
Streets Fitness, so no longer has a liquor license. She reported the preliminary
date for meeting with Council in 2010 is July 13.

Authority Attorney's Report

No report

Authority Comment

Carlson reported on attending the seller/server training.
