CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, reported that the Downtown Design Guidelines Task Force will <br />be meeting on Monday, April 6 at 7 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room. The Front Street <br />improvements and parking lot construction project will be going out for bids. The Lake Park <br />construction project is progressing. The City continues to monitor the proposed charter service at <br />Jefferson County Airport. The agenda for the upcoming work session was approved. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Keany reminded Council that the Louisville/Lafayette Chamber of Commerce Breakfast will be held <br />the morning or March 18th, at Centaurus High School. There will be a Business After Hours on <br />Thursday, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Sisk and Keany will be holding a Ward I Meeting at the Center for the Arts on April 8, 7 - 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayer and Howard will be arranging a meeting for Centennial H residents to discuss traffic problems. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council adjourn (10:40 p.m.), seconded by Levihn.
