The proposal was consistent with the overall PUD with exception of the overall <br />building height. <br /> <br />Sisk called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Greg Armstrong, 7535 East Hampden Avenue, #650, Denver, Colorado explained that, due to a typo, <br />the building on Lot 2 is listed with a square footage of 88,884; however, the actual square footage <br />will be 78,884 and within the 32% approval. <br /> <br />John Anderson, SEM Architects, gave a brief presentation on the project and was available to answer <br />any questions. <br /> <br />Sisk called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Mayer suggested that the applicant investigate ways to reduce the 39' building height on Lot 5. <br />Howard agreed with Mayer. He would like to see additional bushes and trees in the landscape plan. <br />Levihn felt the building height was proportionate to neighboring buildings. <br /> <br />Lathrop requested that the applicant improve the landscaping on the east and south sides to visually <br />improve the entry way. <br /> <br />Mayer and Keany agreed with Lathrop. <br /> <br />Sisk requested revising the building appearance to prevent the rectangular and box look proposed. <br />Howard agreed with Sisk. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council forward this proposal to the Planning Commission with Council <br />comments, seconded by Keany. All in favor with Davidson being absent. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT - CAMP DRESSER AND <br />McKEE, INC. FOR RAW WATER MASTER PLAN UPDATE <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated the purpose of this master plan is to identify the needed <br />water supply necessary to serve the City's current service area and the best way to secure this supply. <br />The update will also determine if existing untransferred water rights improve the system yield during <br />periods of drought. <br /> <br />Sisk called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
