RESOLUTION NO. 36 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />FOR WENDY FICKBOHM LOCATED AT 1314 MAIN STREET, LOTS 11 AND 12, <br />BLOCK 10, CALEDONIA PLACE SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />authorization to occupy and use a portion of the Lafayette Street right-of-way adjacent to Lot 12, <br />Block 10, Caledonia Place Subdivision, located and lying between Main Street and the railroad right- <br />of-way; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the revocable license agreement was recommended as a condition of approval <br />for the applicant's Final PUD Development Plan proposed for 1314 Main Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff and the Planning Commission are recommending that such <br />agreement would be necessary to provide access to the applicant's required off-site parking lot <br />represented on the proposed Final PUD Development Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD Development <br />Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Final PUD Development Plan to City <br />Council subject to authorization of a revocable license agreement; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a revocable license agreement with the owners of 1314 Main Street, <br />in the form attached hereto. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached Revocable <br />License Agreement on behalf of the City Council of the City of Louisville, except that the Mayor is <br />hereby granted the authority to negotiate and approve such revisions to said Agreement as the Mayor <br />determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and <br />conditions of the Agreement are not altered. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July 2000. <br /> <br /> ~ ~ Tom David~n, Mayor <br /> ,--~ ~ .- City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />I~ancy Vanla, City Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
