5) Major focus on infrastructure that assists to keep existing companies and attracts
new companies (i.e. convention center, fiber, power, green initiatives, events
etc).

We recently have been involved in discussions with Xcel to upgrading
power to CTC and Centennial Valley. Andrew investigated fiber
availability in CTC.

6) Focus on the comp plan.

The Comprehensive Plan is a policy document that seeks to put on paper
what the city strives to become. It is a forward-looking document,
intended to be flexible enough to change as community values change. It
was last updated in January 2009; attached are City Council minutes of
that meeting.

7) Focus on transportation.

Sorry, but I'm not sure what was meant by this.

8) Drop topics that are already covered by other city entities (seems like we
spend quite a bit of time on parking ratios in DT Louisville).

It seems to me that our topics have stayed within the charge of Resolution
07, Series 2007. However, if any member should disagree, let's discuss
the allocation of our time and which topics we should avoid in the future.

9) Monthly meetings should stay focused the entire time on the above stated
priorities - presentations, field trips and other events should be scheduled outside
of the monthly meetings.

Please let me know if you feel the above activities are not profitable to our
purposes.

1 O)Reach out for additional representation from the real estate and business
community.

The composition of BRaD is set by the City Council and may be amended
by Council action (as was recently done to include CTC). As time and
opportunity allows, I hope to be able to get representation from the
Centennial Valley.

Attachments: Jan 6, 2009 City Council minutes on Comp Plan
2007 Council resolution, establishing BRaD
Proposed 20-10 Work Plan

8
