RESOLUTION NO. 5 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />LOT 8, BLOCK 2, COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for Lot 8, Block 2, CTC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and previous approvals; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD Development <br />Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised the application in response to most of the <br />Planning Commission's conditions and City Council finds that said Final PUD Development <br />Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That it shall be noted and the architectural plans revised to reflect that architectural <br /> projections into required setbacks will not exceed 3-feet; <br /> <br />That note 7A on the cover sheet shall be revised to read, "Rooftop mechanical units shall <br />be effectively screened, setback a minimum of 20-feet from the adjacent building wall or <br />fully screened with other design options such as rooftop parapets." <br /> <br />3. That the PUD plans note that wall signs shall not be illuminated and shall consist of <br /> individual characters not projecting more than 8-inches from the building wall; <br /> <br />That the photometric plan shall be appropriately revised to include details of allfixtures <br />and a corrected site plan. The bollard fixture closest to Arthur Avenue shall be eliminated <br />and the balcony fixtures and two wall sconces shall be 70-watts or less, subject to Staff <br />review and approval. The extra bollards on the site plan that are not consistent with the <br />photometric plan shall be eliminated. <br /> <br />5. Substitute Cottonwood tree for another deciduous tree of equivalent size from the <br /> recommend plant list. <br /> <br /> <br />
