5. Proof of current ownership, and of the corporate authority of the applicant, shall be provided <br /> to the City prior to recording. <br /> <br />6. That the utility easement noted on the plat at the northeast comer of Lot 3 shall be modified <br /> to read: "Public sidewalk and utility easement". <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />That note #2 on the Amended PUD plan shall be revised to correct "relocation of payment" <br />to "relocation or payment". Note #5 shall be revised to read: "Only unenclosed decks will <br />be permitted in the area noted. Covered, unenclosed decks shall be included in the maximum <br />lot coverage calculation." Note #9 shall be revised to read: "street side yard setback of Lot <br /> <br />8. That the east side setback for Lot 2 be increased from 15 to 20feet and the south side setback <br /> for Lot 3 be increased from 5 to 7feet, in conformance with the R-L standards. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve an Amended Final PUD Development Plan and Minor Subdivision <br />Replat for the Bella Vista South subdivision, subject to the above conditions. <br /> <br />  <br />O~!i~..
