RESOLUTION NO. 21 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br />FOR BOULDER COUNTY'S COMMUNITY MUSIC SCHOOL, <br />557 SOUTH BOULDER ROAD, <br /> VILLAGE SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Special Review Use (SRU) for Boulder County's Community Music School at 557 <br />South Boulder Road in the Village Square Shopping Center; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application against the <br />required Special Review Use Criteria found in Section 17.40.100 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code and found that the proposed SRU, with conditions was in compliance with those criteria; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Special Review Use, the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised the SRU plan to comply with all Planning <br />Commission recommended conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Special Review Use should be approved, with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Maximum building occupancy is limited to 24. <br />2. Maximum class size for children's programs is 15. <br />3. Maximum class size for adult programs is 20. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a Special Review Use for Boulder County's Community Music <br />School, 557 South Boulder Road, Village Square Shopping Center. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April 2000. <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
