Public Open Space with steep slopes and adjacent to Hwy. 36 does not provide a quality <br />experience. <br />2. Dependent on final design, the proximity of the security fences is a concern that may <br />need additional consideration. <br />3. Having a prairie that the public can only view but not really experience or visit is not ideal <br />from an open space perspective. <br />4. Additional/other land should be explored for parks, open space dedication. <br /> <br />2 <br />
