<br />M. All seeding and reclamation on public land shall comply with the Reclamation Standards <br />for Disturbances on City of Louisville Open Space Lands. <br />N. Provide a phasing plan for improvements on the public land dedications. All trail <br />improvements are preferred in phase 1. If all trail improvements are not included in <br />Phase 1, temporary trails, signage, fencing, dedicated construction crossings and an <br />indemnification and hold harmless agreement between COP and the City of Louisville is <br />recommended. <br /> <br />The City of Louisville Open Space Advisory Board concurs <br />recommendations as follows, and OSAB recommends a <br />2010, a resolution recommending approval of the Co <br />request and General Development Plan subject to <br /> <br /> <br />City staff's <br />f Resolution No. 03, Series <br />Campus PCZD-C zoning <br />ditions: <br /> <br />1. Public Open Space with steep slopes and adjacent to Hwy. 36 does not provide a quality <br />experience. <br />2. Dependent on final design, the proximity of the security fences is a concern that may <br />need additional consideration. <br />3. Having a prairie that the public can only view but not really experience or visit is not ideal <br />from an open space perspective. <br />4. Additional/other land should be explored for parks, open space dedication. <br /> <br />2 <br />
