Public Open Space with steep slopes and adjacent to Hwy. 36 does not provide a quality experience. 2. Dependent on final design, the proximity of the security fences is a concern that may need additional consideration. 3. Having a prairie that the public can only view but not really experience or visit is not ideal from an open space perspective. 4. Additional/other land should be explored for parks, open space dedication. 2
