RESOLUTION NO. 6 <br /> SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br /> MINOR SUBDIVISION REPLAT <br />FOR LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 1, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC, <br />AIRBORNE EXPRESS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Replat for Lots 8 and 9, Block <br />1, The Business Center at CTC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Minor <br />Subdivision Replat have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, <br />with conditions, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision <br />regulations, related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Replat, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised` the application in response to the Planning <br />Commission's conditions and City Council finds that said Final PUD Developmem Plan and <br />Minor Subdivision Replat should be approved, without condition. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final PUD Developmem Plan and Minor Subdivision <br />Replat for Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, The Business Cemer at CTC. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January 2000. <br /> <br />Nancy Varra,/City Clerk <br />City of Louisx~ille, Colorado <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
