3. The boundaries of Ward 3 of the City of Louisville, Colorado are revised so that Ward 3 is that area within the City that lies south of the line described as follows: Beginning at the west quarter comer of Section 13, Township 1 South, Range 70 West; thence east along the centerline of Section 13 to the intersection with Centennial Parkway; along the centefline of Centennial Parkway east to the intersection of McCaslin Boulevard; thence east along the centerline of West Cherry Street to the center of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 69 West; thence north along the centefline of Section 18 to the north quarter comer of Section 18; thence east along the north boundary of Section 18 to the northeast comer of Section 18; thence east along the north boundary of Section 17, Township 1 South, Range 69 West to the west boundary of Centennial Valley Subdivision Filing No. 3; thence north and east to the centerline of North Hoover Avenue; thence northwest along the centerline of North Hoover Avenue to the southeast comer of the Spruce Lane Subdivision; thence east along the south boundary of West Pine Village Subdivision to the southeast comer of West Pine Village Subdivision; thence north along the east boundary of West Pine Village Subdivision to the centerline of Pine Street; thence along the centerline of Pine Street easterly to the intersection with State Highway 42, thence continuing easterly along the centerline of Empire Road to the City limits. 4.
