City Council Finance Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />01 /19/2010 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />The Finance Director presented the Finance Committee with a summary of the <br />RFP procurement process, the proposers, and the related fees and services. <br />The Evaluation Committee unanimously recommended the award of bid to <br />Davidson Fixed Income Management. <br />The Finance Committee approved the award of bid to Davidson Fixed Income <br />Management. <br />A copy of the summary and analysis of the proposers can be found on the City's <br />website at www.louisvilleco.gov. <br />RFP FOR SALES & USE TAX COMPLIANCE AND AUDIT SERVICES <br />The Finance Director reviewed the history of the RFP and the original intent for it <br />to be issued jointly with the City of Lafayette. Based on certain complexities and <br />timing issues for the City of Lafayette, the City of Louisville proceeded on its own <br />and amended the RFP to present in draft form to the Committee. <br />The Committee stated that the timing to consider contract auditing services was <br />not good noting the economic climate and all members unanimously agreed that <br />such RFP be tabled for 2-3 years. <br />SALES TAX REPORT FOR THE PERIOD ENDED NOVEMBER 30, 2009 <br />The Tax Manager presented the November 30, 2009 Sales Tax Report. The <br />report and the corresponding narrative can be located on the City's website at <br />www.louisvilleco.gov. <br />REVENUE TREND DASHBOARD -JANUARY 19, 2010 PROJECTIONS <br />The Finance Director presented current trend analysis and projections for various <br />revenue sources summarized in a revenue trend "dashboard" report. This report <br />can be located on the City's website at www.louisvilleco.gov. <br />SCHEDULE OF CASH & INVESTMENTS AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2009 <br />The Finance Director presented the Schedule of Cash & Investments as of <br />December 31, 2009.
