City Attorney Light noted nd Consent Agenda Item 4F; the date of the 2 Amendment to the Business Assistance Agreement for Louisville Main Street Partners, LLC, has been revised to March 1, 2011, to be consistent with documents in the City Council packet. Mayor Sisk called for other changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved the agenda be approved as amended. Councilor Clabots seconded the motion. All were in favor. Resolution No. 4, Series 2010 – A Resolution Approving a Second Amendment to the Business Assistance Agreement with Louisville Main Street Partners, LLC for the Development of 920 and 940 Main Street in the Downtown Area of the City of Louisville G. Award 2010 Memory Square Landscape Renovation Project to Baerren Concrete Construction Co. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO presented Council with documents relative to his complaint against Comcast Cable Television. The documents included the following: his original letter to the City of Louisville, dated February 17, 2009; an Open Records Request in response to the February 17, 2009 letter; an Email response from City Manager Fleming dated December 2, 2008; an email from Mr. Sobel to Mayor Sisk, City Council, City Manager Fleming and the GMTC membership dated February 9, 2009; an Email from Mr. Sobel to City Manager Fleming, Public Relations Manager Muth, Legal Counsel for the GMTC and the GMTC membership dated February 19, 2009; the GMTC Findings and Order, dated March 19, 2009; a Denver Newspaper Agency publisher’s affidavit dated July 31, 2009 , which included the legal notice published by Comcast regarding their changes to their channel lineup and an email from Mr. Sobel to neighbors and the City Council dated February 7, 2010.
