City Attorney Light noted <br />nd <br />Consent Agenda Item 4F; the date of the 2 Amendment to the Business <br />Assistance Agreement for Louisville Main Street Partners, LLC, has been revised <br />to March 1, 2011, to be consistent with documents in the City Council packet. <br />Mayor Sisk called for other changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved the <br />agenda be approved as amended. Councilor Clabots seconded the motion. All <br />were in favor. Absent: Councilors Sackett and Muckle. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Award 2010 Memory Square Landscape Renovation Project to <br />Baerren Concrete Construction Co. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO presented Council with <br />documents relative to his complaint against Comcast Cable Television. The <br />documents included the following: his original letter to the City of Louisville, <br />dated February 17, 2009; an Open Records Request in response to the February <br />17, 2009 letter; an Email response from City Manager Fleming dated December <br />2, 2008; an email from Mr. Sobel to Mayor Sisk, City Council, City Manager <br />Fleming and the GMTC membership dated February 9, 2009; an Email from Mr. <br />Sobel to City Manager Fleming, Public Relations Manager Muth, Legal Counsel <br />for the GMTC and the GMTC membership dated February 19, 2009; the GMTC <br />Findings and Order, dated March 19, 2009; a Denver Newspaper Agency <br />publisher’s affidavit dated July 31, 2009 , which included the legal notice <br />published by Comcast regarding their changes to their channel lineup and an <br />email from Mr. Sobel to neighbors and the City Council dated February 7, 2010. <br />Audrey DeBarros, 839 W.
