Other considerations <br />discussed for the Habitat project in Louisville include: cap of sale prices, <br />covenants, profit sharing provisions, deed restrictions, waiving of certain fees, <br />FHA restrictions, green building materials, and the inclusion of Louisville <br />residents in the selection process for ownership.
