New Arts Center - Don <br /> <br />Don is still looking for someone at CU to do an economic study, and is still <br />seeking last year's materials from Marcel. Kathy M. mentioned the Flatirons <br />Church development as a potential space. Discussion of other potential <br />spaces such as the soon to be vacant Sam's Club space ensued. <br /> <br />XIII. Fundraising/Sponsorships - Justine <br /> <br />Justine suggested the Boulder County Community Trust as a potential <br />source for funds. She pointed out that they disbursed $44K in grants of $500 <br />to $4700 in 2008. The deadline is September. <br /> <br />XIV. Paintin' Louisville-Lynn <br /> <br />The Call to Artists will be 4/15 with a $15 application fee. The subject this <br />year will be the Louisville Historical Museum. <br /> <br />XV. Discussion of Events <br /> <br />Andy reported that the Feb 19 Jayme Stone Coffeehouse Concert was well <br />attended and cost only $17. The Cantrells will be next on Apr 3; Wendy P. will <br />spearhead. Maryan has an upcoming Dance Event. Rebecca reported that <br />the Children's Concert would be April 3 at 10:30. Mary Sue and Cari want to <br />film, but that appears to be infeasible. Farren reported that Young Writer's <br />will be on Apr 11. Hopes to get teachers to provide extra credit. Wendy <br />Fickbohm will donate $350 to cover costs. <br /> <br />XVI. Discussion Items for Next Meeting on March 18 are due by the <br />11th <br /> <br />XVII.
