RESOLUTION NO. 36 <br />SERIES 2002 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2002 BUDGET BY INCREASING <br />REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE NORTHWEST PARKWAY <br />FUND FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the Northwest <br />Parkway Fund to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted, and: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the <br />adoption of the budget, from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in <br />the Northwest Parkway Fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />That the 2002 Northwest Parkway Fund appropriations are hereby increased from <br />$0 to $1,150,000 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 2002 <br /> <br />lklancy Var~a, City Clerk <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
